families’ finance and may share more than 50 percent of the burden with
husbands. However, it is a tough time for mothers to take care of children and
work simultaneously. In many traditional families, husbands do not let wives have
a job because they handle the money, and wives only work at home. Therefore,
women are inferior to men. As time goes by, it is not suitable in the feminism
society anymore. Women should have their own careers in order to be more
confident, helpful, and contributed to society.
Having careers makes women independent

in her career and family, which made her one of the most successful women in
the world. Moreover, women are in the same positions as their husbands in
families when they have jobs. Hillary Clinton, one of the most powerful women
in the United States, followed her husband’s steps and was chosen as a
candidate and ran as president of the United States. She has an excellent
daughter with her husband Bill Clinton. Bill respects Hillary a lot because she
is a strong leader.
Besides, having careers helps families
make a better living and improves the quality of children’s education. Prices
are rising, which means couples need more money to pay household bills,
insurance, taxes, children’s tuition, and etc. Therefore, dual-income families
could have less financial pressure than single-income families. In fact,
families that do not worry about money have a better living standard. Also,
children who grow up in these families have a higher chance to be well-educated
and develop a healthy mind and body.
Moreover, women should have the
opportunity to contribute to society because women are more talented at
specific jobs than men. If they cannot do what they are good at, that would be

women have changed society through their hard work.
It is common knowledge that children
need their mothers’ companionships. Children also need full love in their
families. That is true. Therefore, husbands should share the duties with wives
instead of keeping their wives at home. It is crucial that children have both
parents’ instructions during their childhoods. Women do not need to devote their
whole lives to take care of husbands and children because their development is
as important to their children.
In conclusion, it is better for women
to have their own careers because it might make them more successful, benefit
the family, and more useful to society. Everyone is individual and
independent in the world. Therefore, women should be opposed to some unreasonable
tradition, including being a housewife. Women should acknowledge these
advantages in order to have a better life.
